BIDDEFORD — Lorraine M. Cartier, 92, formerly of Biddeford, died Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Seal Rock Health Care in Saco.
She was born Sept. 21, 1925 in Biddeford a daughter of William and Adele (Trottier) St. Ours and was educated locally.
Lorraine had worked in local shoe shops and laundries. She had retired in 1987.
She enjoyed spending time with family, bingo, Elvis movies and music.
She was predeceased by her mother and father, William and Adele St. Ours, her son Paul Cartier, her great-granddaughter Grace Cartier, and sister-in-law Yasuko St. Ours.
She is survived by a son Richard Cartier and his wife Mary of Biddeford; daughter-in-law Judith Cartier; brothers Robert St. Ours and wife Nancy of Lewiston and Joseph St. Ours and his wife Joan of Luray, Virginia; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and several nephews.
Visiting Hours will be 10 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Hope Memorial Chapel, 480 Elm St., Biddeford, ME 04005. A funeral service will follow at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
