CAL RIPKEN DISTRICT 4 held its 11U baseball tournament over the weekend on Lishness Fields in Brunswick. The Ararat team from Topsham won the tournament with 9-3 and 12-2 victories over runner up Brunswick. Both teams advance to the Cal Ripken 11U State Tournament, July 13-17 in Fairfield. The Brunswick team, coached by Ta Herrera, John Blood, Ben Duffy and Jennifer Anderson are Jimmy Cook, Nolan Klimash, Max Stadnicki, Brayden Grant, Nate Wayne, Tyler Maxim, Braden Anderson, Nico Herrera, Patrick Hogan, Trevor Gerrish, Connor Duffy and Henry Blood.
