STANDISH — The Biddeford girls lacrosse team picked up a 16-8 win over Bonny Eagle on Tuesday afternoon and it was a special night for one Tigers standout.
Biddeford senior Peyton McKeown scored four goals and joined the exclusive 100-point club in the process.
The Tigers would also get four goals and two assists from Paige Laverriere. Megan Mourmouras had two goals and two assists, and both Serena Speight and Abby Allen had two goals in the victory.
Thornton Academy 10, Scarborough 4
The Golden Trojans picked up their first win of the season thanks to a four-goal performance from Addy Paradis and scores from four other players on Tuesday.
Alyssa Falton and Taylor Ouellette each had two goals and Mackenzie Basile had one goal and three assists. Cat Henaire also scored a goal in the win.
The Trojans, who scored the first six goals of the second half to add to their 4-3 lead, will travel to Gorham on Thursday.
Kennebunk 12, Gorham 0
The Rams would get four goals from Brie Beaudette and Hallie Schwartzman as they rolled to the win on Tuesday.
Lily Schwartzman added two goals and one assist and Erin Gorton also had two scores for Kennebunk.
Kennebunk goalie Haley Moody stopped six shots in the cage for Kennebunk, which improved to 4-0 on the season.
The Rams will face Yarmouth on Thursday in a rematch of last year’s Class B state title game which Kennebunk won by a 5-4 score.
BOYS TENNIS
Kennebunk 5, Bonny Eagle 0
The Rams would win all five matches in straight sets on Tuesday afternoon.
Declan Archer, Dan Behrans and Mason Burke all won singles matches for Kennebunk.
Keegan Donaher and Logan Strausss won at first doubles for Kennebunk, which also got a doubles win from Rory Sheehan and James Altham.
Biddeford 3, Massabesic 2
Cam Saucier won a 5-7, 7-6 (5), 6-4 marathon match over Massabesic’s Joel Van Tassell to lead Biddeford to the win.
Massabesic’s Alex Herrick and Dan Bolender would win the other singles matches on Tuesday.
The team of Jon Roberge and Nick Reisfelder won at first doubles, and Owen Johnson and Blake Wilkenson were victorious at second doubles for Biddeford.
GIRLS TENNIS
Biddeford 3, Massabesic 2
Gabby Smith and Tirza Cressey picked up singles wins to lead Biddeford over Massabesic.
Biddeford would also get a doubles win from Julia Pearl and Megan Gregoire.
Elizabeth Brown won at third singles for Massabesic, which got a doubles win from Helen Philbrick and Rachael Raymond.
BASEBALL
Biddeford 12, Westbrook 2 (5 innings)
Evan Paquette went 3-for-3 with two doubles and three RBIs to power Biddeford over Westbrook on Tuesday.
Biddeford’s Bryce Springer went the distance on the hill and improved to 3-0 on the season.
Curtis Petit added a double and one RBI for Biddeford (4-1).
SOFTBALL
Noble 9, Marshwood 1
Raegan Kelly allowed just four hits and struck out 11 in the circle to lead Noble past rival Marshwood.
Kassidy Lessard led the Knights’ offense with two hits and two RBIs.
