2/24 at 1:22 p.m. Tabitha L. Richards, 40, of Mechanic Street, Westbrook, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Sgt. Kevin Conger on charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
2/26 at 2:31 a.m. Aaron J. Costa, 24 of Critter Drive, Windham, was arrested on Blackstrap Road by Officer Steven Crocker on a charge of operating under the influence.
