Bentley University junior Victoria Lux of Arundel (Thornton Academy) was named to the Northeast-10 Conference first team.

Lux, who helped Thornton Academy to the Class A state championship game as a senior, had a huge season for Bentley. She leads the Falcons in scoring (13.6 points) and rebounds (9.6) and leads the Northeast-10 with 99 offensive rebounds. Lux has 14 double-doubles on the season. Bentley (25-3) has won each of the games in which she has achieved a double-double.

The Falcons are ranked 12th in the nation among NCAA Division II women’s teams.

Three other Bentley players received Northeast-10 honors. The Falcons will play in the Northeast-10 semifinals against Southern Connecticut State on Thursday.
