1/28 at 7:07 p.m. James Landmann, 61, of Seal Lane, Yarmouth, was arrested by Officer Matthew Merriman on Foreside Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

1/29 at 2:40 a.m. Khaien Donawa, 45, of Worcester, Massachusetts, was arrested by Officer Scott Hendee on Interstate 295 on a charge of criminal speed.
