SOUTH PORTLAND — The School Department announced kindergarten registration will be open March 1-31 at all elementary schools.

Registration is available for all children who will be 5 years old on or before Oct. 15. To make an appointment, call the respective elementary school your child will attend:

Frank I. Brown Elementary School, 799-5196; Helena Dyer Elementary School, 799-4845; James Otis Kaler Elementary School, 799-3214; Waldo T. Skillin Elementary School, 773-7375, or Dora L. Small Elementary School, 799-7676.

Documents required at registration are the child’s original birth certificate, a copy of the child’s original immunization record, and proof of residency.
