1/1 at 2:29 a.m. Kenneth Blanchard, 31, of Beech Ridge Road, Scarborough, was arrested by Officer Benjamin Burns on Longwoods Road on a charge of operating under the influence.
1/8 at 1:50 a.m. Frank Mensah, 52, of Lone Pine Lane, Yarmouth, was arrested by Officer Scott Hendee on U.S. Route 1 in Falmouth, and charged with operating under the influence and violating conditions of release.
