BIDDEFORD — Logan Magnant would score just 20 seconds into overtime to lead the Biddeford boys hockey team to a 4-3 win over visiting Falmouth on Wednesday.

After a scoreless first period, Falmouth would take a 1-0 lead early in the second. The two teams would exchange goals in the final four minutes to make it 3-2 Falmouth heading to the third. Colin Petit would score first for the Tigers while Trevor Ouellette added the second, assisted by Magnant and Nick McSorley.

Trenton Ouellette would knock in the game-tying shot less than a minute into the third to send it to overtime.

Biddeford improves to 6-3 on the season and will host South Portland/Freeport/Waynflete on Monday.

Kennebunk/Wells 4, Marshwood/Traip/Noble/Sanford 1

The Rams would cruise in the final two periods to top the visiting Knighthawks on Wednesday. 

Nate Jewett would score for the Rams to make it 1-1 after one. Kennebunk/Wells would go on to get three unanswered goals to secure the win.

Dean Church would score twice for the Rams while Christian Putnam added another.
