He was born on Aug. 28, 1967 in Biddeford, the son of Ernest Jr and Madeline (Harriman) Beaudoin.
John attended Saco schools and at a young age he started working in the culinary field. He worked many years as a restaurant manager for the Esposito family until 2006.
John’s dream was to own his own restaurant. In 2006 that dream came true when he opened Ernie B’s Subs and More. He chose the name in honor of his father. Cooking was John’s true passion. He also enjoyed driving and restoring his truck, fishing, gardening and playing pool, where he has won many tournaments. He loved classic rock music, Led Zeppelin being his favorite. John especially loved spending time with his family and teaching people new things.
John was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his first true love and mother to his children Laurie Palmer; his son Kenneth Beaudoin and his girlfriend Ashley; his daughter Cassandra Jackson and her husband Nathanael; three grandsons Kamden, Bryce and one more on the way; his sister Ann Meyer and his brother, Kenneth Beaudoin and their families; mother-in-law Dorothy Palmer; two sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law and their families.
John will be remembered for his loud personality, voice and even louder laugh. To honor his wishes, as “we are all born dying” there will be no formal services. “Whahoo”
