WELLS — The Wells Police Department has released the names arrested or cited between Oct. 18 and 24.

• Louis Mead, Jr., 58, of 38 Wilmer Chase Road, North Berwick, was summonsed at 9:01 a.m. on Oct. 18 and charged with operating with an expired license greater than 90 days following a traffic stop on Lindsey Road.
• Ronald Witman, 39, of 133 Lewiston Road, Apt. #2, Gray, was arrested at 1:51 a.m. on Oct. 24 and charged with violating conditions of release, operating with a suspended or revoked license and operating a vehicle without a license.
• Keith Cole, 55, of 95 Heath Road, Kennebunk, was arrested at 5:05 p.m. on Oct. 24 and charged with failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident.
