I am writing in support of Justin Costa’s re-election to the Portland City Council, representing District 4.

I’ve followed the council’s business for some time and have attended several of its meetings. Justin not only comports himself in a professional and collaborative way, but he always makes thoughtful and insightful remarks, revealing a depth of understanding of not only the issues at hand but also the tangential ramifications of decisions made by the council.

His experience and grasp of the bigger picture at this time, when so much is at stake citywide, make him the most qualified candidate for this position.
