AUGUSTA — A multi-vehicle crash involving an Augusta school bus on Civic Center Drive near the Townsend Road intersection left a car on its side Thursday afternoon.
No students were on board the bus, according to the Augusta school system.
The crash was reported just before 2:40 p.m. and Augusta police were investigating, although additional details about the crash were unavailable later Thursday.
It did not appear that anyone was seriously injured.
A note posted on the Augusta Schools website said that Bus No. 69 was involved in an accident and that no students were on the bus.
