WELLS — The Wells Chamber of Commerce and Wells town officials gathered recently to welcome new business Drakes Island Café at a special ribbon cutting ceremony.

Drakes Island Café offers breakfast, bakery, lunch and catering.  It is at 2073 Post Road, Route 1 in Wells.

The café is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
