HARPSWELL — All Saints by the Sea Episcopal Chapel on Bailey Island will hold its third service of the summer season on Sunday at 9:30 a.m. The celebrant will be The Rev. Samuel Hartman of North East, Maryland, and a longtime Orr’s Island summer resident.

The chapel is located on Washington Avenue on Bailey Island.
