
She was born on July 8, 1952, to Edward Sr. and Jeannette (Porter) Parker in Kittery. She was educated in local schools and graduated from Thornton Academy.
She worked for many years at Southern Maine Health Care as a CNA and as a visiting nurse. She was involved with the Girl Scouts of America for over 20 years. Her pride and joy were her grandchildren. She loved spending time with them and the rest of her family. She enjoyed camping, sewing, crafts, puzzles, dancing and going on adventures. She especially liked going out to eat with family and friends.
She is preceded in death by one son, Paul Picard, in 1972.
Juliette is survived by: a son, Peter Picard and his wife, Betty Kim, of California; two daughters, Hope Gauer and her husband, Paul, of North Waterboro, and Amy Boucher and her husband, Joe, of Saco; five grandchildren, Taylor, Lucas, Gunner, Lilliana and Christian; two brothers, Edward Parker and his wife, Diane, of Biddeford, and Raymond Parker and his wife, Carleen, of Biddeford; four sisters, Irene Huntington and her husband, Russ, of Florida, Nancy Dalzel and her husband, Mike, of Waterboro, Pauline McGee and her husband, Roger, of Wells, and Ann Parker of South Carolina; and many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017, at Hope Memorial Chapel 480 Elm St., Biddeford, ME 04005. A funeral service will be celebrated at 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Biddeford at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 20, 2017.
