Bravo to Rick Kelley, who, in his Jan. 23 letter outlining what the “losers” from the last election should do, coined (I assume) a simple phrase we should all remember: “They aren’t your enemies – merely your opponents.”

Undermining our new president’s efforts to “make this country great again” is counterproductive to the best interests of this country and unpatriotic.

We’re all Americans and most of us, Democrats and Republicans, have common goals. Our differences are how to get there. The approaches of the past 15 years have not been that good, and a new one should be given a chance.
