She was born in Wallagrass, on Dec. 28, 1923, a daughter of Raoul and Margaret Michaud.
Nina was employed as a waitress at the Plaza Restaurant in Saco for over 20 years. She enjoyed cooking and gardening. Her hobbies included knitting and patch work on quilts. She also had a great love of cats.
She was preceded by in death by: her husband of 53 years, Reginald in 1999; by one son, Thomas, in 2016; one brother, Milton; and two sisters, Mary Michaud and Cora Michaud.
She is survived by: four sons, Reggie Ouellette and his wife, Claire, Harold Ouellette and his wife, Joyce, Philip Ouellette and his wife, Nancy, and John Ouellette and his wife Debbie; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, 2017, at Cote Funeral Home Chapel, 87 James St., Saco. A graveside service will follow at 1 p.m. at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Saco.
