James Boeschenstein scored three goals Wednesday to lead Cape Elizabeth to an 11-0 victory against Maranacook/Winthrop in a boys’ hockey game at Troubh Arena.
The Capers (1-2) fired 54 shots on goal and eight players scored. Peyton Weatherbie recorded two goals and an assist.
Garrett Mello of Cape Elizabeth stopped three shots in the shutout. Will Hayes recorded 43 saves for Maranacook (0-6).
JOHN BAPST 2, CAMDEN HILLS 0: Jacob Larochelle scored with Alex Walls assisting in the second period and Cameron Dyer added an unassisted goal in the third as the Crusaders (1-4) beat the Windjammers (0-5) at Bangor.
WINDHAM/WESTBROOK 3, LAWRENCE/SKOWHEGAN 2: Jack Gresh scored with 3:44 remaining in the first overtime to lift the Blue Blazes (2-3) over the Bulldogs (0-4) at Kents Hill.
Trailing 2-1, Ethan McCoubrey of Westbrook tied it from Tommy Lekousi with 1:38 left in the second period. Dylan Franceour and Matt Kelley assisted on the winner.
GIRLS’ HOCKEY
LEWISTON/MONMOUTH ACADEMY/OAK HILL 7, PORTLAND/DEERING 1: Katie Lemieux and Veda Leclerc each had a pair of goals as Lewiston (3-4-1) handled visiting Portland/Deering (1-8).
BOYS’ BASKETBALL
SACOPEE VALLEY 39, ST. DOMINIC 29: Cameron Cyr scored 14 points to lead the Hawks (1-4) over the Saints (0-5) at South Hiram.
Brandon Sloan added 10 points for the Hawks. Sam Rines led the Saints with 12 points, hitting two 3-pointers.
LINCOLN ACADEMY 75, BELFAST 65: Cody Tozier recorded 39 points and 15 rebounds to lead the Eagles (3-3) over the Lions (2-3) at Newcastle.
Keydan Leeman scored 16 points for the Eagles, who outscored Belfast 24-16 in the fourth quarter.
Zane Bielenberg led the Lions with 23 points, making two 3-pointers.
GIRLS’ BASKETBALL
LINCOLN ACADEMY 50, BELFAST 29: Gabrielle Wajer recorded 15 points and five steals to lead the Eagles (3-3) over the Lions (1-4) at Belfast.
The Eagles took an 18-8 first-quarter lead and led 42-20 heading into the fourth.

FALMOUTH 53, WESTBROOK 42: Colin Coyne scored 18 points to lead the Yachtsmen (5-0) over the Blue Blazes (2-3) at Portland. Sean Walsh and Nikko DePatsy added 14 points each.
