A Scarborough man has been arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash Wednesday night in Windham.
Devin Brown, 33, of 8 Nottingham Drive, was charged with aggravated operating under the influence, aggravated assault and failure to remain at the scene of an accident involving death.
The crash, which was reported at 6:50 p.m. Wednesday, killed 25-year-old Brandon Dumond. Dumond lived a short distance up Anderson Road from where he was killed while riding a bicycle.
Windham police say that an investigation determined that Brown hit Dumond, then crashed his car a short time later on River Road.
Police say it is likely that additional charges will be filed against Brown as the investigation continues.
