WELLS — The Wells Reserve at Laudholm and York County Audubon are holding their annual bird seed fundraiser, with proceeds benefiting the education programs of both organizations. Download an order form at wellsreserve.org, pick one up at the Wells Reserve visitor center, or call 646-1555 to have one mailed to you. Orders received by Oct. 28 get the greatest discount.

Different birds are attracted to different seeds, so be sure to stock up on sunflower seeds, millet, thistle (nyjer), cracked corn, peanuts, and suet cakes to bring the greatest variety of species to your yard. Our premium-quality seed, fresh from the 2016 crop, is supplied by Blue Seal.

Seed will be available for pick-up at the big barn at the Wells Reserve at Laudholm on Nov. 10, 11, or 12. Feeders and other nature-theme items will be sold at the pickup spot.

For more information, call 646-1555 or visit wellsreserve.org/birdseed.
