WELLS —The Friends of the Wells Public Library will hold its annual book sale on Aug. 12, 5-8 p.m. The event is free for Friends of the Library and $5 for all others. The event is free for all on Aug. 13, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Proceeds support the children’s programs, musical events, films and lectures as well as the Weymouth Art Gallery.
