A man was found dead in his house in Berwick after he apparently set it on fire, the state Fire Marshal’s Office says.
Jon Kellar, 55, lived alone at 10 River St. The fire was reported just after 2 a.m. Monday.

The house was gutted in the blaze and Kellar’s body was found inside.
Investigators said Kellar is believed to have poured gasoline all over the inside of the home and blocked the doors to block firefighters.
