WELLS — The annual Harbor-Fest features a full day of games and activities for the family on July 30 starting at noon with events including the Wells Chamber of Commerce silent auction from 3:30-5:30 p.m., Wells Rotary Club chicken BBQ from 4-6 p.m., and a concert at 6:30 p.m. at Wells Harbor Park, 331 Harbor Road.
