FREEPORT — Michele Morrison was recently appointed to the Freeport Community Improvement Association as a new board member.

Morrison joins other board members Vicki Lowe, David Marstaller, Carolyn Krahn, Keith McBride, Caleb Stephens, Tammy Davenport and Sande Updegraph.

The FCIA works to enhance the beauty of Freeport through the planting of trees, shrubs and flowers throughout the town.
