A retail strip mall on U.S. Route 1 in Yarmouth has been sold for $1.9 million, according to a broker involved in the transaction.

The broker, Michael Cardente of Cardente Real Estate in Portland, said in a news release that A. Ross LLC purchased the 13,800-square-foot retail center with 70 parking spaces at 347 U.S. Route 1 from Fogg Farm LLC.

Current tenants of the property include Maine Modelworks, Yarmouth Yoga and ImPAWsible Impressions, a pet grooming service.
