Biddeford’s annual La Kermesse Franco-Americaine Festival opens its four-day run Thursday night, and that made St. Louis Field a busy place on Wednesday, as preparations were made.
The opening night schedule calls for a block party, live entertainment and fireworks. The schedule for all four days is on the festival’s website.
