Electing District 28 candidate Mark Dion and District 27 candidate Diane Russell to the Maine Senate would mean many good things for Portland and the state of Maine.
First, both are staunch supporters of veterans – a big plus for all veterans. As state representatives, both of them truly support their constituents, not only in their district but also as elected state officials.
I am an advocate for veterans and usually spend five days a week at the State House. I watch and listen to what our state legislators are doing. It is my opinion that Dion and Russell will bring new excitement and fair dealings to the legislative process.
Vote for Mark Dion and Diane Russell in the June 14 Democratic primary, veterans – we need them to help our cause. Their experience and support for veterans will be welcome.
