KENNEBUNK — Robert Irving Simpson, 81, of Kennebunk, died peacefully on Friday, May 20, 2016, at Kennebunk Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation.
He was born in Biddeford on July 11, 1934, to Raymond and Agnes (Thompson) Simpson.
His is was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Frances Kent.
He is survived by two sons, David Simpson of Gorham and Robert Jr. of Kennebunkport; 12 grandchildren; and 10 greatgrandchildren.
