It is that time of year again. Time to remind everyone that windows will be opened to get the great ocean air and to clear out the winter blues and cobwebs. People will be outside working in their yards or just enjoying their porches and decks after a long, closed-in winter. However, that peaceful enjoyment does not need to be shattered by your loud music and cellphone conversations.

Please remember to be considerate with the music in your cars, as your windows are now open, and also while walking and talking on your cellphone. Do I really need to know that your relationship is breaking up or that your favorite music is Abba? I think not!
