A Buxton man was sentenced Monday to 52 months in prison for two counts of possessing stolen firearms and conspiracy to possess stolen firearms.
Raymond Pinkham, 22, of Buxton was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Portland after pleading guilty. U.S. Attorney Thomas E. Delahanty II said in a press release that two of Pinkham’s co-conspirators, Dale M. Pinkham Jr., 26, and Robert C. Bean-Pinkham, 21, both of Buxton, had already pleaded guilty to the firearms charges.
Robert Bean-Pinkham was sentenced to 40 months.
Dale Pinkham Jr., who also pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute heroin, was sentenced to 64 months in prison. He was involved in a heroin trafficking ring that operated from November 2012 through November 2014, according to court records.
The three men paid for stolen firearms with cash and heroin.
