BRUNSWICK — Henry and Marty Restaurant and Catering recently hosted the ninth annual “Dinner to Fight Hunger” to benefit the Mid Coast Hunger Prevention Program in Brunswick.

The event raised more than $7,000, bringing the grand total to more than $57,000 over the past nine years. All of the proceeds of the evening, which featured a three-course prix-fixe menu of locally sourced food, benefited MCHPP directly.

“We are so grateful to Aaron and Paul at Henry and Marty Restaurant for continuing year after year to support MCHPP,” said Karen Parker, executive director. “Not only is this a hugely successful fundraiser, but it’s also a great opportunity to bring the community together in support of a common cause.”

If you missed the event this year, you can join them in March of 2017 for the 10th annual gathering.
