MERIDAN, Conn. — Theresa Hartley, 96, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully surrounded by the caring staff at Meriden Center in Meriden, Connecticut, on Wednesday, March 16, 2016.
Theresa was born May 12, 1919, in Biddeford to the late Rose and Hormidas Potvin. She was one of 11 children. She graduated from Biddeford High School, and worked for numerous years at the Pepperell Mills as well as United Auto Parts.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Joseph.
She is survived by: her daughter, Carolyn and her husband Paul Pagella; and her granddaughter, Kimberly and her husband James Lilienthal.
Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, at Hope Memorial Chapel, 480 Elm St., Biddeford. There will be a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 23, at St. Joseph’s Church in the lower (St. Anne) chapel.
