The Portland Area Comprehensive Transportation System, or PACTS, will hold a community forum on a draft update to its 2040 regional transportation plan, Tuesday, March 22, at 7 p.m., at the Merrill Rehearsal Hall, 20 Myrtle St., Portland. Copies of the Destination 2040 plan are now available online at www.pactsplan.org.
