Michael Pinkham, 27, of 419 Togus Road, Chelsea, was arrested March 5 on Cottage Road on a charge of violating a protection order.

Summonses

Andrew Hanning, 20, of Houlton, was summonsed March 1 on Route 77 on a charge of operating with suspended registration.

Caitlin Hager, 32, of Portland, was summonsed March 5 on Ocean House Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

On March 1, a patrolman met with a resident of the Shore Acres area who advised that someone had opened a Lowe’s account in New Mexico using the resident’s prior address and an Amazon account had been opened in the resident’s name. Both accounts have been closed. The victim’s information was compromised in the Blue Cross and Blue Shield security breach.

On March 1, a patrolman responded to a residence in the Mitchell Road area for a well-being check.

On March 4, a patrolman and sergeant responded to a residence in the Sherwood Forest area for a daytime burglary complaint with a subject possibly still in the building. No one was found inside and the only thing that appeared to be missing was some prescription medication.

On March 4, a patrolman responded to a residence in the Mitchell Road area for a suspicious vehicle report.

On March 5, a patrolman responded to a residence in the Oakhurst area for a burglary complaint. Forced entry was used to gain entry into the house, however, nothing appeared disturbed or missing from the residence.

On March 7, a patrolman responded to a residence in the Broad Cove area for a well-being check.
