The Southern Maine Flame, Maine’s premier fast-pitch softball organization, has awarded a $500 academic/athletic scholarship to 2015 Scarborough High School graduate, Brittany Plowman. Plowman, who played for the Flame organization from U10 into high school, is now attending the University of Southern Maine where she is playing softball for the Huskies.
