Centre St Arts Gallery, LLC, invites the public to a wine and cheese reception for guest artist Barbara Graham and gallery members on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. at 11 Centre St., Bath. Admission is free and refreshments will be served.
Twenty member artists will show new work along with large and medium landscape paintings by Guest Artist Barbara Graham, of Bath, in an exhibition through March 13.
Barbara Graham is a landscape painter inspired by 19th century American and French landscape paintings.
“I try to capture their calm atmosphere and quiet strength in my work,” Graham said.
Graham has traveled extensively and painted in California, Maine, Texas, France, Italy and Ireland. Largely self-taught, she studied landscape painting while living in New Mexico. Barbara now lives in Bath.
