David Clark, 55, of Cape Elizabeth, was summonsed Jan. 18 on Route 77 on charges of criminal threatening and assault.

On Jan. 12, a patrolman responded to the Cape Elizabeth Middle School for report of snowmobiles operating on the school lawns. They left upon my arrival but were later located at a residence in the Brentwood area. They were warned to stay off school grounds.
On Jan. 13, a patrolman met with a resident of the Mitchell Road area regarding a possible violation of a protection order.
On Jan. 14, a sergeant met with a resident of the Mitchell Road area regarding the theft of paper prescriptions for medication.
On Jan. 15 a patrolman met with a resident regarding a child custody matter.
On Jan. 17, a detective met with a resident of the Scott Dyer Road area regarding unauthorized charges on a credit card. A possible suspect identified.
On Jan. 18, a sergeant and patrolman responded to a report of an assault on a taxi driver on Bowery Beach Road. They located and made contact with the cab driver and the suspect. The suspect was issued a summons for assault and released to a family member who paid the fare.
On Jan. 19 a detective met with a resident of the Eastman Road area regarding a harassment complaint.
