Scarborough senior forward Matt Caron was named to the Southern Maine boys’ soccer All-State team at Sunday’s 42nd annual Maine Soccer Coaches All-Star Banquet in Bangor. 

Cape Elizabeth midfielder Montana Braxton was one of three local girls named to the Southern Maine girls’ soccer All-State team. Braxton was joined by Scarborough midfielder Mary Farnkoff and back Emma Smith.
