BIDDEFORD — Martine M. Fortier Chapman, 58, of Biddeford, died Thursday, Nov. 12, 2015, of brain cancer.

She was born in Canada on Nov. 1, 1957.

She was preceded in death by: her father, Denis Fortier, her mother, Marie Anne Fortier; a sister, Lucille Brochu Parent; a brother, Martin Fortier; and a brother-in-law, Charles Boisvert.

Surviving are: two daughters, Mindi Chapman and her partner Chuck Barr, and Casandra Chapman; two sisters, Linda Boisvert and her partner Ronnie Chretien of Biddeford, and Sylvie Ward and her husband Michael of Arundel; a sister-in-law, Jamie Fortier of Biddeford; one grandson Aden Barr; and several nieces and nephews.
