SACO —Pauline L. Boisvert, 73, of Saco, died Thursday, Nov. 12, 2015, at Maine Medical Center in Portland surrounded by her family.

She was born Oct. 5, 1942 in Dayton, a daughter of Arthur and Cecile (Dumont) Plourde. She moved to Biddeford where she completed her junior high and high school education, graduating from Biddeford High, Class of 1961.

On Dec. 27, 1980, she married Rene W. Boisvert in Saco.

Pauline had a long career as the executive secretary to the president and executive staff of Biddeford Textile. Prior to that she was employed at Pepperell Manufacturing. After retirement she went on to work for a law firm.

There was nothing more fulfilling in her life than her children, grandchildren and family.

She was extremely proficient with computer technology and productivity software. She was also an active member of the Franco- American Genealogical Society.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by: Rene, her husband of 33 years, on April 6, 2013; and by a sister-in-law, Kathleen (Poirier) Plourde.

She is survived by: two sons, Michael Roberge and his wife Rosemarie of Milton, Vermont, and Marc P. Roberge of Saco; one daughter, Denise Rock of Glenburn; stepchildren, David Boisvert, Daniel Boisvert, and Carol Lewis of Biddeford and Saco; a sister, Doris Nadeau and her husband Conrad of Saco, a brother William Plourde (MSgt. USAF Ret.) and his wife Linda of Greensboro, North Carolina; 10 grandchildren; several greatgrandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be 4-7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 16, 2015, at Hope Memorial Chapel, 480 Elm St., Biddeford, ME 04005. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Tuesday at Most Holy Trinity Church in Saco. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery in Saco at a later date.
