Heidi O’Rourke, 48, of 5 Hemlock Hill Road, Cape Elizabeth, was arrested Nov. 3 on Hemlock Hill Road on a warrant.
Paul Costales, 48, of 26 Orchard Road, Cape Elizabeth, was arrested Nov. 4 on Orchard Road on a charge of criminal trespass. He was arrested again on Nov. 9 on the same charge.
Patrick Bonkoko, 29, of 193 Congress St., Portland, was arrested Nov. 6 on Spurwink Avenue on charges of operating without a license and violating conditions of release.

On Nov. 1, two patrolmen responded to a residence in the Mitchell Road area for a well-being check.
On Nov. 4, a patrolman and sergeant responded to a residence in the Scott Dyer Road area to remove a subject who was in violation of an eviction order.

On Nov. 8, a patrolman met with a resident of the Shore Road area regarding a misuse of credit ID complaint.
On Nov. 8, a detective met with a resident of the Shore Road area regarding a bicycle theft. The bike is described as a 21-speed red and silver Trek.
