Alan Minthorn has the ability and leadership skills needed to serve as city councilor for Ward 5 in Saco. I have discovered that he has a passion for making Saco a better place.
He encourages community involvement and stands for an open, honest and transparent government. Alan also owns and operates Maine Senior Insurance, LLC – a small health insurance agency in Saco specializing in assisting senior and disabled populations throughout Maine. As a small business owner, he understands the challenges the business community faces and the need for economic growth and lower property taxes in Saco.
Alan’s experience of being a classroom teacher will be a valuable addition to the council. He has a good understanding of how school’s function and the importance of providing our children with opportunities and the best education possible, by providing the necessary resources.
Alan is ready to serve the people of Saco. I trust that if he is elected, he will work hard to make decisions that move the city progressively forward while protecting the quality of life here in Saco.
