Gattine honored

“Maine continues to struggle to provide access to quality primary care services to our large population of uninsured and underinsured residents,” Gattine said in a statement. “We need to invest in community health centers across the state, which are the backbone of primary care delivery for so many of our neighbors.”

Gattine is House chairman of the Legislature’s Health and Human Services Committee. According to a press release, Gattine has worked to increase access to quality health care services for all Mainers by supporting state funding for community health centers, including access to dental care.
