I urge the voters of Ward 3 to vote for Tom Roughan as City Councilor. Since being appointed to the council in July, Tom has proved himself to be an invaluable asset to our community. Tom has been proactive and extremely effective in his responsibilities to Saco. He’s produced results. His concern with our tax burden and for our senior citizens, maintaining our city infrastructure, our educational system, balancing development and our quality of life make him our best choice for Ward 3 Councilor.
Tom’s considerable understanding of municipal finance and government operations and his singular commitment to our families and taxpayers will bring to Saco the quality of experienced, dedicated leadership that we deserve and need.
Please vote Tom Roughan to the council.
