Portland police say a robbery was reported early Monday at Chestnut Street and Congress Street, not near The Press Hotel on Exchange Street, as originally reported.

A parking attendant for the hotel told police that two men threatened him with a Taser and robbed him of cash. However, when police asked for a statement, the victim refused to provide one, leaving little for detectives to pursue.

The incident happened at 3:20 a.m. Monday. Nobody was injured.
