Popsicles with the principal
All Windham Primary School families are invited to join the principal for Popsicles and playing on the playground by the cafeteria on Wednesday, Aug. 26. Dr. Kyle Rhoads will provide Popsicles by the A-House playground from 5:30-7 p.m. The rain date will be Aug. 27. Fairy & Wizard Festival upcoming
Creative Exploration child-care facility at 842 Roosevelt Trail in Windham is holding a free Fairy & Wizard Festival Saturday, Sept. 26, from 10 a.m.-noon for children and families.
Henna (natural tattoos), music and natural arts and crafts will be available. Attendees are encouraged to dress up as wizards and fairies.
Paradis completes financial course
Laurie Paradis of Windham, a Modern Woodmen of America representative, has attained the Fraternal Insurance Counselor designation. The title is an educational designation that can be earned by career life insurance representatives associated with fraternal insurance societies. Representatives devote more than one year to meet the examination and career development criteria set by the Fraternal Field Managers Association.
