BRUNSWICK — Brunswick Parks and Recreation and Seacoast United once again team up beginning Monday for the August annual soccer camp, held at Edwards Field from 9 a.m. until noon.
The week-long camp features an international coaching staff, including player/ coaches from the Czech Republic, Paraguay, England and local head coach Sam Chard from Mt. Ararat High School. Jimmy Hopkins, former head coach at Dean College and now Seacoast Technical Director, and Seacoast Senior Director and Brunswick Junior High School coach Jim Wade are on the staff.
Each day will feature technical ball work, small-sided games and a camp-wide fun game.
Players do not have to be exclusively from Brunswick in order to attend.
