The Schoolhouse Arts Center in Standish is holding auditions for “The Butler Did It,” directed by Caleb Lacy, on Tuesday, Aug. 4, from 6-9 p.m.

“The Butler Did It” is a comedy that parodies English mystery plays with an American flair.

Performances will be Sept. 18, 19, 25, 26 and Oct. 2 and 3 at 7 p.m., and Sept. 20, 27 and Oct. 4 at 2 p.m.
