BAILEY ISLAND

The Merrymeeting Art Association will be holding their summer art show and exhibit from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. from July 25-31 at Library Hall, Route 24, Bailey Island across from Mackerel Cove. Local artists from the area include Meridith Hicks, pastels; Flo Carman, acrylics & oils; Lorraine Williams, mixed media – oils, watercolors, acrylics; Marilyn Flanagan, watercolors; Debby Stubbs, nature and wildlife photography, and Carol Durgin, wood carving and acrylics. Come and visit the show and enjoy the beautiful island.
